I sheltered at home during the Covid 19 Pandemic of 2020 .
I concentrated on daily art making, almost as a ritual, working with encaustic paint,
through both printmaking and painting. As the seasons and my emotions changed,
so did my color combinations and the desire for experimentation. I found it to be
a curious observation in the growth of my artistic and creative abilities.
I continue to find inspiration in the nature that surrounds me .

Pat holds a BFA degree, with concentrations in design and art education from UNC Greensboro and graduate studies at Wake Forest University. She has over 30 years of teaching experience in the visual arts and AP Art History. Pat is available for art consultation, teaching workshops, as well as, teaching private and group lessons.
